It's not two tiers of justice system. This is the problem in America people hear a new term and yeah it's usable. The problem with the justice department is not all DISTRICT ATTORNEY'S AND JUDGE'S ARE UPHOLDING AMERICA'S LAW'S. YOU CAN TAKE TEN JUDGE'S ON THE SAME CASE AND NOT HAVE THE SAME OUTCOME TEN TIME'S. THERE'S NO STRENGTH IN THE PROSECUTOR OFFICE THEY USE PLEAD DEAL'S FOR INDIVIDUAL'S AND PLEAD DEAL'S ARE DESIGNED FOR MORE THAN ONE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MAJORITY OF CRIME AND A PERSON WHO WILL TURN STATE'S EVIDENCE WILL RECEIVE A LESSER SENTENCE AS OPPOSED TO THE PERSON WHO ORCHESTRATED THE CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES. PLEAD DEAL'S NEED TO BECOME EXEMPT UNLESS THERE'S MORE THAN THREE PEOPLE INVOLVED IN CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES.
