We have a whole year of data and we saw no difference between states that had mask mandates and states that did not in terms of case rate. Not instituting a mask mandate does not mean no one can wear a mask. The decision left to the individual if they want to or not.

another big variable is population...the more population there is the higher the number, regardless of mask or not. if you have a town of 100k people that are all masked vs a town of 10k people not masked, im sure the masked town will see more infections just due to higher number of people living there alone.

3. Green - You have not been exposed or live in high risk area. You are free to travel without restriction but can be downgraded to Yellow if you travel to a High Risk area.
The pass is not connected to being vaccinated.
I refuse to get a vaccination, will Saskatchewan or Canada deport me to a country that has refused to mandate Vaccinations instead of making me a third class citizen here?
China Halted Mandatory Vaccinations in April of this year. They've beat Covid19 twice, I'd rather live there then here if they'd have me.
I'm basing my decision on these facts:
1. The vaccine isn't effective (Israel Mandates 4th Shot and Boosters)
2. The vaccines have just as many Adverse Events causing death as Adverse Events causing death from Covid19.

1,200,000 doses of Pfizer rolled out in Japan with 911 Adverse Events Leading to Death.
Saskatchewan Total Population 1,170,000, 30,000 more shots were rolled out then we have people.
Total Deaths from Covid19 in 19 months is 639.
Moderna's vax isn't any safer.

If Israel can't vax the American virus away, what makes us think we can.
Look up "War Plan Red" we are in Version 2.0 now as Canada's border is open to Fully Vaxed Travelers without requiring a quarantine. Meanwhile, the US keeps their border closed to our fully vaxed why?
Because Congress and their staff have exemption from Mandatory Vaccinations. They need to protect them from our fully vaxed.
