These look like normal aerobic drills. What do they achieve really. You say you are doing figure 8, what does figure 8 help in??? Too random and not thought thru
It helps with general ball dexterity. If you try the drills yourself you will notice that you drop the ball a lot the first few times you do them, but as you get more practice you can handle the ball better.
That helps to catch tough passes in games😀
If it was not thought through then my sons school ( king’s college school) would not have used it in their online workouts.
