Ahhhh dude, the narration trick is right on time! I need to add voice over on an instructional CZcams video I am putting together and I wasn't even expecting voice over to be covered here and yet, there it is! Thanks man!
Really helpful. I just bought Elements 13 because it was cheap and no subscription. I am really happy now after watching your video as I can now do a lot of the things i alwasys wondered how to do. Thanks!!
Tip 8 is very important. Audacity is FREE and user friendly. I use the work are bars and export only that part and bring it back in same size using WAV.
Hi, Kris, Is there a way I can superimpose 2 running clips over one another continuously on the timeline? Essentially locking a dissolve without it transitioning. I can’t seem to get this to work. Your expertise is appreciated. Thanks RC
sorry for the delay. Expand the video options (little triangle on the far left of the video in the time line control). Once expanded you should see a yellow line that spans the duration of the clip. That yellow line sets the visibility. On the top most video, drag that yellow line down to let that clip mix with the lower clip
Yes, select a clip and on the Applied affects (stuff you get by default). look for motion, then inside that control you can change the scale. If you then show the key frames (small timeline for that setting), you can set the scale to 100 (%) then say 200%, then back to 100%, if you have these 3 like 1 sec apart it will give the bump effect where the video jumps at you. Try changing the position at the 200% make to literally make the video jump.
Hi Kris. This was very helpful. I'm going to emply many of them. Thank you so much!
Glad it was helpful!

When I narrate, I turn off my speakers or part way through a narration, I feel like I am arguing with myself. I just mute sound output on the desktop.
How can I save a color correction effect to apply on another clip?

Is there a way to zoom in and out smoothly like a little bump to a music beat or something thanks so much for these videos
