Jeff Jones and Shauna Glenn have always been city people, but in the summer of 2014, they were ready for a change of scenery. “We didn’t get the house we wanted, but the lot across the street was empty and had a pond,” Jones says. “The day we came out to look at it, a dozen or so deer came out from the tree line to have a drink - we were sold.” The couple built what they consider their forever home from the ground up. This is a lovely and fun home. The home is so important since it were we retreat to rest and feel happy and safe.
Wow, in so many ways. The deer just hanging out too. What a lively, happy, beautiful home. The decor is pure joy, energy enhancing and delightful. But I love the family too, they're wonderful. God bless them, their wildlife, green kingdom, and beautiful home.

Even though I don't like the style of most of their furniture, too traditional for me, I absolutely love all the colour choices. I hardly noticed the style of the furniture tbh as my eye was drawn to the colour, love it!

Bravo! Breaking out of the Neutral Zone! You did a great job of using 5 colors to make your home happy, whimsical, loved and lived in. Thank goodness you didn't read any decorating books or we'd be looking at another pretty, but neutral home.
I, too, love happy colors in my Arizona home. I chose the color pallet from the beautiful silk damask fabric on my twin sofas - which is a soft French blue, light rose, ivory, and sage green and carried it through my entire home.The carpet is dark sage green which is perfect. I like traditional French style furniture and comfort all around. And lots of colorful flowers in elegant vases. I appreciate that this couple are happy with lots of bright colors. So many modern houses are done in boring, dull, depressing neutral tones: beige, brown, black, white. NO THANKS!

We have a phone booth in our house with an old black analog phone. Our media guy hooked it up and it does work to receive calls! Incoming calls ring and can be answered. But you cannot call out on it because it’s a dial!

I love this house I love colors the only thing it I am not a big fun of pattern upon patterns, especially wallpaper. There is some wallpaper I like in a bathroom or in a powder room, I could roll with that. But I love rugs and texture, colors make it so bright and fun! She did an amazing job. I definitely do a traditional and cottage with electric vibe. Although in the bathroom, I would add touches of blues. Blue is so calming.

My exact type of house decor,mine obviously smaller and on the cheaper scale😭😭, but I couldn't live in a dull house. My bedroom carpet is yellow and white geometric patterned....that says a lot, I love this house.
