He did taunt me a little bit off-camera but he wasn't bad to deal with and overall was very professional. I'd take him any day over some other people I've dealt with in the past.
I'm thinking about this video again; do you think I handled this appropriately, or is there anything I should have changed? I want to know for the future
What I find funny is not what the building manager said to you, but rather the fact that some of the lockout switches have been replaced with Medecos.
Oh dear... I can see how they haphazardly drilled into the COP too to put those switches there in the first place

He was friendly about it. Understandable abou not looking suspicious. We need more kind people like him.
First time I've seen any management find it interesting about the hobby when their curiosity struck.
I've actually ran into some people who were very interested in my hobby, there was a building manager in a city who let me on some private elevators with supervision, although they wanted me to keep the location strictly undisclosed for security reasons. They were Millar elevators
He was very nice about it which nowadays can be a rarity. Glad you still filmed something unique!
It wasn't bad overall, certainly better than the bust in Meriden. He was taunting me a little bit near the end but overall he was calm and professional, and said what he needed to.
