If you,ve already seen the original vídeo and found the lírics, i think you have realizad she is not saying “sorry” but “Lord gives you the forgiveness, not me”. The vídeo represents her last breath and thougts while she is dying in a hospital,s bed. I apologize if there is any mistake, my regional setting is spanish and the predictive text changes almost every word. Congrats for your channel.

She doesn't say "sorry" saying "el perdón", she just says "God will give you the forgiveness, but not me".
"El perdón" is not the same as "perdón".
"Perdón" means "sorry", but "el perdón" means "the forgiveness".
The song talks about an abuser on his deathbed and she will never forgive him.
I came to write exactly this clarification. He got the translation and the true meaning of the lyrics completely wrong... I dont know if you could read / translate the lyrics, if not, in my opinión, this has been your best reaction, because your gestures, tremors are agree with lyrics. Always I prefer live perfomances, but in this case I recommend you watch the clip, absolutely simple, only her face. Music, lyrics and emotions, expressions only with her face.
