Lindsey Stirling inspires millions to play, and then those millions surpass her in technique and listen to Vengerov instead.
There's no comparison with violinists like Heifetz and such. Tbh Lindsey Sterling is just someone who sells to the same people who hear bieber or selena gomez.

I've had a masterclass with Rahcel Podger. She's actually an incredibly good player (though yes she plays on the baroque violin) and her masterclass was very insightful and useful!

As much as I like these videos, this didn't do Heifetz close to enough justice. He is and will continue to be the standard setter for every violinist ever.

Somebody should send this video to Hilary and Vengerov. I've been informed she absolutely despises being called robotic or cold and works very hard to NOT give that impression. I think she also mentioned something about being troubled by being dubbed "Ice Princess" in the sit down conversation with TwoSet. I can't wait for her rection to these two calling her a Japanese robot from the future. And Vengerov, imagine his reaction to "orgasm face" on the thumbnail.
After watching this video, I'm almost certain that this is the video that was mentioned in the hour video interview that they had with her that came up in the beginning of the interview that they or she mentioned that they were going to show her, but they decided (emphatically) they didn't want to show her.
