PPF structure is the only thing that I've been using extensively to help my students with their Speaking as well. So glad to see another teacher also appreciates the value of this method. Students just need to understand that part 2 Speaking is very much similar to telling a story with details in a chronological order.

In the cue card talking for a popular person i went for Jack Ma and guess what ? By using your strategy : the past , the present , the future i could not stop my self speaking on each section , it is definitely very helpful . This structure is so contagious and i hope would stick with me in the exam day .

This video is revolutionary for me, I always knew what to talk, but I would kinda struggle when I try to put all my thoughts into a two minute speech and will mostly find myself freestyling the prompt on the go. Hi Lillie, thank your inspirational video. I have a question about how we should study for speaking. Fortunately, if I took 6 band score, it would be enough for now to work in the UK. However, my speaking skills really bad at the moment I think. Do you think I can pass by using microsoft word on pc and subsequently, I repeat what I have written verbally? I believe my writing skill can also improve with this way.

@@HAFEeX47 Thankyou! I somewhat messed up in my writing section by not managing time properly. I took way to long to finish task 1 and had just enough time to write my task 2 so I did not check my essays.
This in hindsight was very unwise but I was aiming for band 7 in writing anyways so I am happy.
I would strongly advise everyone to practice enough to allow extra time for checking essays.

Yes, it's okay. You could first use the present simple to introduce the person and then start your narrative with the past.

I would plan the answer like this:
Past - loved buying on Amazon because reviews on this platform helped me make good buying decisions.
Now: Brought a product because of all the positive reviews but ended up not liking the product at all.
Future/lessons learned: only buy products that are returnable.
