If you don’t have kids yet….don’t do it! I thought it would make my phobia better, it’s way worse. My kids has norovirus last March and it was like a house of horrors. I feel like a soldier now just prepared for another battle. Literally have sanitary gloves ready to go 😢.

Girl this is the ONLY thing that I have a legit phobia of. If my kids even mention their stomach hurts I'm having an anxiety attack. No one around me understands the level I'm at with this. That's the only reason I was so scared to have kids!

I remember one time our little one woke up sick in the middle of the night and WALKED RIGHT PAST THE BATHROOM, while vomiting, to come to our room & tell us she was sick...we had an actual trail of yuck to clean up & not a bit came out of her and into the potty! My son caught a stomach bug after a girl at school threw up ON HIS LUNCHBAG during lunch. Which he naturally forgot to tell me until our whole family was throwing up three days later.
Make ginger tea and add a drop of oregano oil. Make sure to add a bit of sugar and non dairy milk to make it taste better. You can also make it fun by disguising it as tea time :)

In elementary school I was sick asf went to the nurse back and fourth 3 times within the hour, came back tried to lay my head last time I couldn’t make it out the door so I ran to the trash can and I couldn’t reach it so I vomited right on that ugly school carpet. Never have I gotten so many apologies everyone thought I was faking 😂
i think the only time i ever knew a friend got sick, the janitor brought in sand to soak it up. the kid was in the bathroom just wading his hands in water. hes still alive, i talk to the guy from time to time.

The sickest I've ever been in my life was the first time I ever got a stomach bug from my nephew in my mid-20s. I was lying on my sister's bathroom floor, praying for death. One sip of water would cause "Exorcist" style vomiting.🤮
When 2 of my kids were in elementary school at the same time, they literally traded off every week for over a month. We tried everything lysol, constant hand sanitizer and hand washing, washing linens every week. Nothing worked. Then, after they could both stomach it, I started giving them a glass of 100% pure grape juice every day, and it worked. We lived by that until they graduated. As soon as they told me a friend had the bug, we started it. Worked every time.
@autumnm5244 Any purple grape juice that's 100% grape. Not a blend of apple pear, etc. Science is torn, but I've seen it work when nothing else did. It changes the ph in your gut and keeps the "bug" from taking root, so to speak.
For real, it's like a domino effect, one kid is ill, then the whole class is 😅
