- Katsu Midori in Japan is quite possibly the best conveyor sushi you can get! The self-proclaimed “No. 1 conveyor belt sushi restaurant in Japan” really does have the best conveyor belt sushi experience I've had. Other conveyor belt sushi restaurants like Kura Sushi and Sushiro do not even compare!

Yeah they have other options!!
Salmon wasn’t good because they don’t fish salmon in Japan. It’s all frozen from Norway. In the US and Canada, salmon is usually caught from pacific north west so it’s very fresh in most parts.

The sushi chef gets on the mic periodically and goes around to the customers to sell the daily special. Cool thing about this shop is that every one of their locations has their own unique daily special of the day. Thanks for watching!!!
