Just curious, why did you have to buy a whole new unit when this one comes with 9 Year parts and in-home service? At a very least I would have taken it to Home Depot, as it's their exclusive and swapped it with a new unit. Thanks.

Well, I used the old unit for 4 yrs and not sure how long the old home owners used it for. The manufacturing label was missing on the unit. If this one goes out, I know what to do :)
