I’m not sure what I did wrong but my candy turned teal. It started out royal blue. I used wilton blue and white and added a little purple to make it more royal blue

I notice you dont scrap the bottom and yet your apples are so beautiful, l scrap the bottom and l still get a big puddle yes my mixture starts to get thick after about the 6 apple

I think people who are getting their candy mixture thicken so fast is bc they didn't get the temperature correctly. Im no expert but i think making these....temperature plays a big part in the process.
