He’s had a lot of humbling experiences in his career, I’m sure that gave him a lot of perspective on where he is and where he could be/could have been
also as a Panthers fan, i noticed how the first thing he said when asked about the difference between last year with the Panthers and this year was "it starts from the top down, just having everyone on the same page"
this team has been an absolute clown show for years, it's been a long time since anyone in that building had a clue what they were trying to do
9-8 in the worse division in football is not exactly shutting people up, one team had to make the playoffs. He did his thing but the Bucs still have doubts.

I’m biased as a diehard OU fan, but Baker is my favorite QB of all time. Felt like it didn’t matter who we played when he was here we would win just because we had Baker. Went into #2 Ohio states house and dominated them & that’s when I knew he was probably the best QB OU would ever have, and that’s saying a lot for OU. I feel the same way as a chiefs fan with Mahomes. Watched Baker and Mahomes a lot in college as tech and OU played every year, never thought mahomes would end up better than Baker, but that’s not really an insult towards baker to be honest. Growing up in Oklahoma it’s all cowboys or chiefs fans, and I’m really glad I’m a chiefs fan lmao. Baker & Mahomes will always be my favorite QB’s but Baker will always take the cake for me. My dream SB is baker vs Mahomes, ultimate win win scenario for me lol
