Bro, I used to feel just like you about people starring back in the day. I thought dudes had a problem or something, but now, at 40, dudes just be admiring sometimes. Sometimes, they admire your physique or the fit you have on. You be surprised how guys I don't even now say what's up to me or ask me for advice in the gym. Some random dude even bought me a sandwich at the deli the other day. I guess I'm at that O.G stage in my life now 😅

I was hanging out with this girl and her 5 year old daughter literally said " I like your muscles, can I sit on your lap?". Her mother told her to stop flirting with me. It's just beyond me. Kids show respect because of asethetics and respect the fact you're strong. I read somewhere very young kids prefer better looking people and respond better. It's like since when are innocent kids judgemental like us adults. 😅

About hobbies, skills, passions, family, friends, sports, etc.... Not some douche bag who works out all of the time so that he can be a bully or not treat strangers with basic courtesy. I think a lot of you guys have internal issues that getting 'jacked' won't solve. Actually being strong is a nice pillar for a foundation of inner confidence and sense of competence, but it is ultimately a tool. Will you use it to help others, or selfishly to hurt others? You should be able to be a kind and friendly man to other men, while broadcasting with your body that you MAY be physically capable in confrontations. Is that not the ultimate strength? The ability to be cruel, but making the CHOICE to want to be kind. I've never in my life wanted to pointlessly be cruel to others. Not at my tiniest, and not now at my largest.

Nobody gets a pass on being a jerk, generally speaking. I'm bigger than the guy in the video and I never really thought to just walk around being a jerk to others. Never saw the point.
