When i was fat, nobody cared nobody noticed me, now im in shape, ppl feel threatening, when you are in shape, you have a good head on your shoulders and handsome, very few ppl will like you. Including females.

If you're just a nice dude who minds his business and is jacked but friendly to others, I don't see how you could have that many haters. If you walk around with the type of energy that baits other guys into aggression, then you're clearly doing something to bait that kind of energy from other guys. If you're just not treating strangers with basic societal standards of courtesy, then that's 100% on you and isn't related to your physique being big or small. Nobody gets a pass on being a jerk, generally speaking. I'm bigger than the guy in the video and I never really thought to just walk around being a jerk to others. Never saw the point. When they're not being jerks or idiots, I generally tend to like people.

I don't let others dim my love and light. I haven't felt this good since my 20's. I'm being noticed. You don't sugarcoat when you give advice and people need that.

I was at the Gym a couple of weeks ago and 2 Latina girls were stretching when I walked in. You can tell they were attracted to me but acted so hard to hide it. They would walk in front of me to get my attention and I would just ignored them. 20 min later they took the Leg Press machine I was using when I went for a drink. I asked them if we could share the machine because I just had 1 set left. One girl rudely said “No, Thank You” out loud for the whole gym to hear lol. I know they were upset that I didn’t give them attention therefore in their head I rejected them 😂

I've noticed this too. I look at the "Sigma" movement as a bunch of guys who have given up trying to relate to women and act like their purpose is more important than forming a relationship(or even having sex with) a female. It's kind of like that "you're not breaking up with me, I'm breaking up with you thing". And you can see in all of their videos that they hate women and give off a vibe of resentment because most likely they were rejected. It's so transparent.

Out of all the dudes Ive seen working out, like 5% of them are actually in shape AND have their body game on point and I got nothing but respect for them. Like you said , that energy speaks for itself so they dont have to say anything

Once I got muscle muscle and all these tattoos mainly the neck and face I can literally sense when a dude is intimidated by me and Everytime I go out females be checking me out even in front of they boyfriends it’s crazy how muscle and tattoos can get you so far ahead in the game I’d argue you don’t even need a solid mouthpiece
