I have had acne for one year. I started getting better by doing small things like using a clean towel and changing my pillowcase frequently. I use a mild face wash from litttlextrra riiceberry which is pH balanced. Consistency has helped the most. Now, I have an easy 3-step regimen that I use every day, and I'm slowly recovering.
