    I got an '03 w203 and the mechanic says the oil sensor might be defective. I love that car, but not having a nondigital way to check the oil is effin stupid.

    Mine doesn't have that oil check option. Everything looks exactly like the video just without the oil check option

      That's odd. You need to have the odometer showing to enter the check menu

      yeah Mine does not have the oil check option either, Im in a 2006 C280 4Matic W203, I turn the key, press Menu until the odometer is showing, then click the arrow, and it does not have it.

      Mine doesn’t have it either.2006 W203 C160 but has the dispstick.

      No you don't, just make sure your on level ground

    mine is cdi 220 and it takes 6.5 liters. There is only 5.4 yet when I check on the main manu it says Oil level Ok. Should I add 1 liter or leave it like that . I do not want to oveerfill it though.

      the car should tell you to add 1 litre soon. But if you wanted a add half a litre that wouldn't hurt

    I bought car 2005 c220 diesel in manual shoes 6.5 liters in engine oil by readings show 7,4 liters , but orher menu text oil level is ok… do better sell car? If its have been driving with too much oil?

      Check your manual for the engine oil capacity. Then adjust to suit

    My cl203 ‘06 doesn’t show oil level on cluster…. Even though it has sensor on engine 😢

      Yes, 5.5 litres us the oil capacity for this car

      Im asking too about this ...my car is c200 kompressor and level oil when i check was 4.3L why happen this ? The normal level was 5.5L is this normal or engine is going to die 😱😭

      The W203 1.8 litre engine has a maximum level of 5.5 litres

      the engine needs to be off for about 30mins or it doesn't take the reading. It's best done when the engine is cold
