Great Video Adam. Colleagues of mine have been taking to me about Mortgages. Sadly I'm hating to wait till my wife goes back to work before we can get a mortgage. Im hesitant on shared ownership as the mortgage & rent will be higher than my rent combined
Yes I understand, you should be able to avoid shared ownership though with both wages? It’s ok if it’s the only option but not what I would do if you can buy normally!
Yes, unfortunately if you want to buy that’s just the way it is at the moment! It still beats renting but it is high. There are some signs we might get some slight reductions soon though
