About six or seven years ago, having been smitten with a dose of flu, I started to watch WML and, soon after, TTTT. It's been haunting me ever since that I wrote a slightly disparaging comment about Bud Collyer. This was, remember, after being totally convinced that John Daly was the best quiz show host ever. I wish I could take that comment back! Although Bud and I would certainly disagree in our views on politics and religion, he is the kindest and gentlest of men, very funny, and very much the owner of a 'brand' all his own. If anyone sees my previous comment please ignore it and put it down to inexperience and naivety.
It is so interesting seeing how times have changed.

So sad that the whale was captured and penned. Also felt sorry for the German Shepherd that probably got crated and put in the cargo hold for all those flights across the country.
Namu's story became the basis of a film the following year...
I was lucky enough to meet one of the performers..who appeared in the movie"Namu The Killer Whale"in NYC..years ago..before he left us..Mr.Robert Lansing.
# 1 in Game two, the real author, was gorgeous. # 1 in Game 3 looks like a young Anthony Perkins.
Game 2: all the ladies are good looking, however, #2 is fine!

Round #2: I know it's meant to be jocular, but I'd like to know if "the Man in the Garret" is supposed to be the starving artist/writer.
Literally starving or not, I think it represents the artistic type--I wonder which ones the girls snagged.

Judy 1, 2, and 3 were babes. I hope Namu got fed top-of-the-line salmon since he was being used to make $$$. I wonder what Namu would have said if he could have spoken about being captured and used for shows and things like that. If he was used to educating people about Killer whales would that have been better?

attitudes have changed...free Namu.....so have women's skirts....#3 game two should have been working for Air France and not Rival. She had the hippest hair style for the time.
