I found the sizing info they have on each shoe very helpful, the particular chelsea boots I ordered said true to size and it was the right fit (I usually use US 9.5 in most sneakers and went with size 43)

I’d like to give Bobbies boots a try but the photos of the black leather chelsea boot look like the ankle opening will be loose. Mikey Meza with suede boots you're definitely gonna wanna be careful, for most brands if you know the weather is gonna be bad, don't wear them since suede stains
JORDAN, HELP! So, I had a pair of Chelsea boots made. They turned out fantastic, they look great. Quality is over tier 2 despite the fact they were only 118 USD (leather is slightly cheaper here in Argentina). However, the thing is that they don't fit me quite right. For some reason, even though the same mold and the same suede leather was used for a separate design on a different color, the shape did not turn out the same. Essentially, the ones I ordered do not hug my leg (there's a 2 cm gap between my shin and the lip of the boot), whereas the second pair does hug my leg (there's only a 1 cm gap). In fact, the second pair fits me snugger than the one I had made, despite the fact that the only difference - other than the color - is that my pair is one size smaller.
So, what should I do? I feel like, considering how expensive boots are, they should fit perfectly if I am to purchase them. But, if I don't buy them, I will lose the deposit of 10 USD.
Keep in mind I changed the values from Pesos to USDollars, and that 1 dollar is worth, approximately, 45 pesos as of today 15/05/2019. In pesos: I left a 500$ deposit and the boots are priced at 5450$

BEST ADVICE TO CLEAN CHELSEA BOOTS? I clean mine with the suede brush and "eraser". I wonder if there's other better options.
HOW TO VIDEO PLS
The Tier 3 and 2 brands are good because you can replace them just as easily and have variety instead of staying between 2 to 3 pairs and holding on to them for so long because they are expensive. I don't wear a lot of Chelseas so having 2 pairs from TopMan (Tier 3) is good instead of investing in a Saint Laurent and only be able to wear them a few times in a year.
