Demonstrating Our Latest 13/12 Chickadee Hammered Dulcimer Model | Songbird Dulcimers

Our newest 13/12 Chickadee hammered dulcimer model has a few changes:
-The top is coated with a black paint that gives it an orange peel texture, and then sealed with polyurethane.
- There are now soundholes in the back.
-Walnut rails, Hard Maple pin blocks, and Walnut bridges

Is the treble bridge offset at the top in order to accommodate your tuning scheme, or can other tunings be used?

Great question. It is offset to produce G sharp and B flat, chromatic notes that are missing from the rest of the tuning scheme.
