Can years of practice actually make a difference in your voice?
I've always wanted to sing since years. But always had 2 problems to start:
1) I never thought i'm a good singer compared to my idols, who do it flawlessly. So i was stuck at being a guitarist for a longtime.
2) You're born with a good voice.
I've taken vocal lessons in the beginning, but always had the "you can't be a singer" comments from vocal coaches. It was quite demeaning and breaking. But I still decided to practice anyhow. Until I've started noticing difference in my voice by time. I kept on going. So i decided to showcase this journey here and reflect with everyone. Maybe it inspires people to sing more.
Everyone is born with good voice. You just need to practice.

Awesome work!!! Your voice sounds much fuller and you can tell the range of your voice improved too. Most importantly, the biggest difference is how you're actually so much more immersed in the emotion of the song simply because you know you've got the vocals nailed down. I think for me this was a great improvement video.

Thank you!! You’re describing exactly what i experienced throughout the years. The most challenging part of the process was the soulful barrier i had with every song i sang, just because i was focused on hitting the right notes.
It just needed time to gain the confidence necessary to breathe and do it naturally.
Howd you practice? Just reps or did you get a vocal coach?
I practiced alone. Only had a vocal coach for 4 sessions and it actually was a turn back, i’ll explain in details in my upcoming video🫶🏻
Can you explain how you achieved this? This inspires me to do the same. Hoping I'll get it in less than 5 yrs.

i intentionally didn't use the microphone so no one would feel like this is altered lol. this is just the room reverb.
