What time do you usually go live??
I do Saturday from 1pm est till 3pm on CZcams then on Tuesdays at 4pm est and Friday's at 7pm est on Twitch. And my fitbangs for now are recorded on my phone.
@kalaric.7108 I don't have Twitch but I might have to check it out. I have some stuff coming up so I am either going to be needing the lives to get my mind off it or I'll find some way. My dog was supposed to cross the rainbow bridge but hub changed it to Monday. Plus my son and his wife are going to Greece and they want me to keep their dogs. One is a French Bulldog and I love him but he doesn't play well with others. And my cats love Cass so it's hard on them when we keep him. The other one is fine. She is a poodle and sticks to me like glue. I just have to make sure she stays out of the cat food. So yeah I've got alot on my plate. Plus my hub is up for his next stripe and he goes before the board soon. My AC is acting up again and that's a whole thing. I'm also worried abt Trump and my state passing harmful legislation.
Point is I'll either be chronically watching lives to keep my mind on other stuff so I don't stroke out. Ugh. And Chantal is whining over stupid stuff when some of us have legit issues not of our own making.
I have lost 202 pounds in the past 2 years. I was on 2 different insulin medications. Now, I’m not on insulin and not considered obese anymore! I feel so much better and can’t believe how different I look, my collar bones show now. Good luck!
