ArcGIS Tile Package TPK Conversion to MBTiles Using TPKUTILS

In this video, I will demonstrate how to convert ArcGIS Tile Package (TPK) format to MBtiles format using TPKUTILS. This conversion workflow is very useful if you have raster or vector GIS data in ArcGIS native format such as Geodatabase, you also have access to ArcGIS Desktop, however, you don't have access to ArcGIS online, ArcGIS Server or ArcGIS Enterprise to host the TPK as tile service. Maybe you only have access to open source GIS Engine/Server such as Geoserver or tilecache-server or other libraries.
Btw, TPKUTILS is not yet compatible with ArcGIS Pro Tile Package Format (TPKX), so this workflow won't work in ArcGIS Pro.
