For this quick tour, we are in Playa Boca del Venado, in the community of Playa Junquillal, Guanacaste, Costa Rica. We visit for listings - two Costa Rica homes for sale and two undeveloped lots. Here are the listing profiles for the properties that we see:

Glad you liked it Kurt! And if you haven't been down to this part of the community you should definitely do it; I'd suggest walking south on Junquillal at low tide. At the end of the beach you'll go around rocks with this incredible little "jacuzzi" formation. There's a very small beach between Junquillal and Boca del Venado called Playa Honda; Honda itself is worth the walk and a great spot for future beach days.
