Just missing the rare obsidian infused crystal that is extremely hard to get.
Nice listing but your silver listed at 10:00 mark is listed by him as white ... but I saw the cartoon series "Clone Wars Mandalore (three episodes)" with Pre Viszla black center with white light around (or Dark Crystalled Light Saber)! So I know one other added to the movies ones. I missed the Star Wars Disney Cannon on Yellow Crystals and who used that one!

10:00 is actually a WHITE kyber crystal not silver.
@@lawrencejelsma3937 The white one was mainly used by Ahsoka in Rebels, and yellow is used mainly by the temple guards in Clone Wars and Rebels. The darksaber may or may not have it's own crystal at this attraction. I don't know
FYI you were the first person to show off all of the kyber crystals in a light saber that I could find.

There's an obsidian/black crystal but it works just like a red one.

jjemerald They only put out a few a day, and it’s dumb luck. They’re in the exact same packaging as the Red Kyber Crystals, and you can get lucky and grab one that has a black one on the inside. They sell the Kyber Crystals separately at Dok-Ondar’s shop.
Tayler Bigelow thank you! That’s really cool. I’ll have to try my luck when I go. Apparently, if you shine a flashlight on the red, you can see if it’s red or black.
@@jjemerald186 The main function seems to be it is Snoke's voice used when it is put into the holocrons, but if there are different shaped ones like all the other crystals then there might be other voices too.
U can use the flashlight on ur phone and shine light through the package the crystal is in. U can see if it's a black one

Fun fact:
In Star Wars Lore, Yellow is considered the most rarest kyber crystal in the galaxy. For those who wanted to know something about the Yellow Kyber Crystal.
It’s a rare kyber Crystal because in the old republic days, it was commonly used and seen by Jedi Sentinels and Jedi Temple Guards (shoutouts to the people who remember that fact from SW Rebels). Now after the fall of the Jedi Order, the yellow kyber Crystal, along with Purple and Orange are exceedingly rare and sometimes passed down from generation to generation.
Stephen Reed purple is also quite rare. One of the only characters in Star Wars canon to own a purple crystal is Mace Windu

I believe cyan is the rarest kyber crystal. And it's also the most powerful. I believe it's called a cold kyber crystal or something
In canon I'm pretty sure there's only one purple saber witch makes it almost as rare as the dark saber

@Cpt Dinosaur Disagreeing on yellow because of how distinct and bright the color is, but I sadly have to agree with you on white. Considering the blade itself unlit is already white, it doesn't actually look anything too special and looks very similar to blue already. Which is a damn shame because from this, it sounds like the white crystal has the best sound effects.

Sad to say, but from other reviews it sounds like sound fonts are not tied to colors. Or at the very least each color has random fonts for it. One reviewer said he and one other guy chose purple in their group and the sound was different.

Thank you for showing off the yellow and white sabers! Looking al over to see them, and no one had them up.
Wish they had orange available as well, but not complaining with at least some of the more exotic colors here.
Sort your searches for Galaxy edge lightsaber by date uploaded and go back like a week to when the cast member preview dates were going on. You will most of those showed the yellow and white as well.
Right now it feels like most of the big name channels for Disney stuff only get the saber because they are buying so much other merch too to review

Thank you for this! As someone who’s as meticulous with my customization on anything I’ve got my hands on, this really helped with my decision. Of course I have to buy them all, but this narrows it down a little bit more on the workshop choice.

The blue and purple seem to be the ones that in my opinion remind me most of the movie sounds when I close my eyes. I would imagine most people getting blue sabers so makes sense it would get the most iconic sounds.
When I go later this year, I’m going to take a yellow Kyber Crystal into Savi’s and act like I picked it instead of some of the other colors and see how people react to it. So excited!!

Although it sounds like a cool idea, please don't. You'll end up not only upsetting the gatherers but also kids around you wondering why they didn't get a yellow lightsaber

When I go I’m making a “old republic” saber similar to his and I’m going to pick a green crystal but I’m going to go to that one shop and buy a yellow one cause that yellow one was amazing.

I'd also like to point out, that someone at Disney was really paying attention to detail. Ahsoka's sabers in this weeks Mando episode made the EXACT same sound as the Savi's white crytstal. Shout out to the sound department!
just had a thought. At least as of right now, you can get the purple, blue, red, yellow, and green kyber crystals from Galaxy's Edge. If sometime in the future they decided to release more colors and they released orange, you would have the Infinity Kyber Crystals.
White sounds awesome and violet looks amazing. Choosing a color is going to tear me apart, but I will probably get 2 or 3 colors. It makes me so happy that you can just change them out like that!

Plumbers tape on the threads does wonders. I was able align all the pieces on the hilt as well as remove the squeaking by using it.

Same color crystals DO NOT guarantee a specific sound!!! According to one of the earlier reviewers he and one other guy in his group chose purple and both their sabers had DIFFERENT sound fonts. So do NOT assume sound is based solely on color, it might be completely random.
Edit: having talked around some more it is potentially possible that particular case one of them had a crystal with the wrong chip put inside. According to DanO he heard of this happening to a red crystal.

Literally the same style configuration I had decided on. The gold accents and the ancient inscriptions on the hilt of the Protection and Defense theme is too good to pass up. I’m still torn on choosing between a violet or red kyber crystal though. 🤔
I hope they add more to these lightsaber building activities. I want to build saberstaffs and shotos and have more colors to work with.

I wonder how durable are they, like can you clash with them, can you fight others and duel other lightsabers or will they get damaged easily?
I have one and the blade is actually pretty well built. The plastic feels more like a polymer and like it can definitely take a hit, my only gripe is that when I hit my saber against some things is that it won’t do the clashing effect. That may be because I’m just not hitting it hard enough which goes to show how hard these things can take a hit. Either that or mines just defective

It’s seems that the yellow crystal has the fastest deactivation time out of all six, while the red one is the slowest when the lightsaber turns off.
there's also a 7th kyber crystal, the black kyber crystal, it can be found in a select few red kyber crystal containers

Tales to Chill I’ve watched some videos on that topic. You can battle with them as long as you aren’t super rough, but they get dented. I’d recommend these for display and pvc pipe for battle.

Has Disney said anything about fixing the audio lag on the lightsabers? Hopefully that's fixed in the near future. Also be badass if they had a dark saber!

Saw someone fixed their audio lag for LEGACY lightsabers by replacing the batteries with Lithium Ion ones. Here at around 4:35 onwards.

@Cpt Dinosaur that's why in the show they have the middle portion black and the outer portion a white trim. That's how they would make the dark saber visible
Jon Kihm yeah it would be impossible to make the real blade of the lightsabers we have appear black tho because there’s no way to produce that, even with a white outline

I just wanted to let you know that I haven't seen a video out there that shows if you can put a homemade crystal into that lightsaber.

If you didn’t know you can actually get a black kyber crystal but it’s rare to find it in savis workshop it’s in the red kyber crystal canisters you can try to hold it up to the light to to see the crystal

You forgot the Black kyber crystal. It can only be found in red crystal canisters. It is really rare, so rare that people were shining their flashlights in the canister, because the black crystal appears darker than it's common counterpart, red.
Theres black Crystals in the red containers. They are rare and theres a few a day. It can either be standard red or obsidian black

Ok...so basically what this means is; literally every single saber has, in it's memory, the entire library of sounds and colors. All that happens when you change the crystal is that it changes the RFID information from the tag inside that crystal, and that RFID info is what tells the onboard memory which color/sounds are supposed to activate. Bravo Disney, you have unlocked the secrets of the video game industry; paid DLC for features the game already has installed.
I'd like to have those sounds for my own builds :)
this is awesome! great saber design, i am on the line between this and elemental. how sturdy is the blade? is it reliable!
I also really liked the elemental look and feel (the wood accents gave a very medieval feel), but the rancor tooth looked a little more "fake".
I've read around that the blade is made from polycarbonate and should be quite strong, but I'd still be weary at swinging and hitting things at full strength. I'm looking into if/when companies make third party "combat blades" for these.
Does the white crystal blade have a blue tint to it or is it just the camera that can’t pick up the white correctly?

Hey man, I know that you get to select your style out of the 4 styles in the experience, but can you also choose which parts you want for the hilt? I really want one that looks just like yours, its perfect!
You can! The lightsabers contain several parts, a tip, pommel, top handle, bottom handle, and the front and back of the ignition switch. There's two options for each of those components as well as the handles can swap positions. It's not the "Thousands of combinations" they touted at Celebration, but I can imagine them having more options in the future (thus creating more return customers).
