In this video, I shared this perfect and tasty Jollof Rice recipe which I made with Basmati Rice. Jollof rice originally originated from Senegal in West Africa, but it is now prepared and enjoyed across most African Countries such as Ghana, Nigeria, Gambia, etc.

INGREDIENTS
FOR SEASONING CHICKEN
2 kilos of Chicken Thighs
1 Medium Size Onion
2 Thumbs pf Ginger
3 Cloves of Garlic
Maggi Chicken Seasoning
Salt To taste
FOR JOLLOF RICE
4 Cups of Basmati Rice
Sunflower Oil
4 Tbsp Tomato Paste
6 Fresh Tomatoes
4 Medium Size Onions
15 Green Scotch Bonnet Pepper
1 Tbsp Anise Seed
1 Tbsp Rosemary
2 Tbsp Curry Powder
Maggi Shrimp Seasoning
Chicken Stock
Salt To Taste
