I struggle with the concept of the closed Rose I have recently done some open ones but didn't even know where to start with a closed one this is such a great fun easy way to do a Rose thank you so much for breaking it down

What are the differences between Posca paint pens and Toolie paint pens? IOW, for what reason do you choose one over the other? (Rock painting newbie here)
They are both acrylic paint pens, and Posca was on the scene first. I have owned plenty of them, but I lean toward Tooli Art for several reasons. First, they are more affordable. Second, they also offer some really cool curated color sets...from a basic starter set with dual ends (fine and medium tips in one pen), to a pastel set, to a neon set, to blues and purples...really cool combinations. They also include several replacement tips in each set if you happen to ruin one on a bumpy surface. And lastly, in my opinion, they tend to have better coverage. Where are your pens from as I have tried 3 different ones and they dont write on my rocks
