- Hey babes! Happy Monday :) In today's video I'm sharing my easy guide on how to truly find your personal style! Style, finding your style, and finding what kinds of things you actually love can be such a frustrating and confusing thing because of how fashion typically works. It's easy to get lost in the trends and styles that are always shown to us, and we end up buying things we don't always love and end up sitting in the back of closet, never worn, with tags still on them.
So today I'm sharing all my tips and tricks on how to avoid the trends, where to get inspiration, and how to find the pieces that you'll actually love and wear the HECK OUT OF. I want you guys to feel happy, beautiful, and confident in what you wear and if you don't currently feel that way, this video is for you. ♡♡♡

What do you typically type in the search bar of Pinterest? We have very similar body types and just wanted to know
I'll usually search for 'petite styles' 'petite outfits' 'petite outfit ideas' 'petite busty outfits' or sometimes if there aren't any good outfits popping up from the search term of combined 'petite and busty', I'll search the two separately, get inspo from each category and combine the two ideas!
I have really discovered my own style over the past year, and this video helped! I would call my style "casual feminine with a touch of rock n roll" 👍🤘

the dressing your truth system helped me find my style. I'm a Type 4/1. Pure hues are what look the best on me. Once i learned that shopping is SOOOOOOOOOO much easier
I really liked it as a personality type of thing and for styles. But the colors didn't work for me so I have to combine different methods. I'm 2/4 but only type 3 colors work with my skin tone and hair.

I would say that the step of looking into your wardrobe, donating-selling the pieces that you don't like and realising which pieces you like the most is more effective before going shopping, so you don't spend more money on pieces that maybe you've already had

the timing was kind of uncanny! i filmed this two weeks ago and it was supposed to go live last sunday, but then things got a little too busy with prepping for vidcon and then vidcon happened so i didn't get to post until today :P then i saw in my subscriptions she just posted a similar video a few days after i was supposed to have posted mine and ultimately now, a few days before i actually posted today. uncanny timing, but i guess great minds think alike :) i love ashley!!

Very helpful video!! I’m planning to build a capsule wardrobe and want to know what my style is, because I’m actually not that into basics and neutrals. BUT I have a problem. On one hand I gravitate towards sporty and outdoorsy stuff but on the other hand I gravitate towards some indie stuff like band t shirts and the like.
