This is so normal I love it! Most times WIEID is such a small amount of food, it's unrealistic. This is normal, balanced, delicious, and pretty! And the late night cheese snack is reality!! Thank you!

I love the random craving for a plate of cheese included at the end! Listening to your body in that way is so important and diet culture often tries to quiet the cravings but it’s your body trying to refuel whatever is lacking!
I’m 6’4 and 350lbs, I’ve yo-yo dieted down around 100 lbs 3 times in my 35 years.. this is so eye opening you actually appear to eat a good amount of delicious looking food I always crash diet and over exercise until I crack…

Honestly you could eat doughnuts and never gain weight, eat nothing but vegetables and gain weight. It's all about mindset and self control you will get there
hey abbey! I have a hunger crushing combo that I‘m OBSESSED with and wanted to share with you (cause I don’t know where else to do so and it’s too good for being unknown) mix protein powder and a banana with cocoa powder in a bowl (with no milk or water so it has a cookie dough like texture) and then you can add chocolate chips and peanut butter to it. It’s tastes AMAZING and keeps me full for hours
I have PCOS. I simply can't eat like that and feel good. I gain weight, I get bloated, and break out with acne. I now am eating 100 grams of protein and 80ish grams of good animal fat a day, and only 10 to 20 carbs. I finally am thin 5'4 136lbs, my skin is glowing, and I have energy all day long. Explain that.

Same😢 so many women who have eating disorders under the guise of being "vegan or plant based" when really it's just an acceptable form of limiting the foods they eat!
These are really helpful cause they give me lots of new ideas for balanced dishes.

Looks so good! I’ve never made homemade quesadillas before and don’t think of cooking them in a pan on the stove. What a great idea!I assumed they’d go in the oven. The cereal looks so good too. I thought I shouldn’t eat it anymore but you dress it up to be nutrient dense. Thanks Abbey! I’m usually not hungry in the morning but after two nights of bad insomnia that hunger hormone is kicking in.
Trader Joe's has this herb and spice popcorn that is so good. If you ever get a chances to go to your closest Trader Joe's in the states. I highly recommend it. There's also high protein baked oatmeal recipes out there with fruit added but I don't recommend using a too powdery tasting protein powder for it.😊

Hi Abby! I’m not sure if you have addressed this before, but if not, can you talk about the myths and truths regarding soy milk? I love it and I know it’s has lots of calcium, vitamin D and protein, but can you talk about how it affects women’s estrogen and other health concerns regarding soy? I’m vegetarian as well and eat a lot of soy protein. Can you address some of these concerns for us vegetarians a soy milk lovers?
Too much going on with that dinner doesn’t look appetizing. Also looks like way too much food portions throughout the day I’d be so sluggish but this is just for myself personally my own opinion of course. The quesadilla looks good though.
I think soy estrogen is a plant estrogen slightly different

I suffered a hormone disturbance due to the vaccine and was told to drink soy milk and eat more tofu to try and balance my hormones.
My mother is telling me I have to be on a keto diet, or my MS and anxiety/health in general will get worse. I would love for you to prove that it’s not necessarily healthy to constantly be keto.
Sorry, but your mom is right. MS is an autoimmune disease. Refined carbohydrates and sugar are not your friend. I’m a diagnosed celiac. I ate aip paleo and eventually moved more towards carnivore in recent years. I healed my body in 8 years. Although I will not eat gluten and most carbs and sugar often, I can tolerate them without consequence now. If I ate them regularly, I could become sick again. So, I do have some balance and have treats here and there. You can build back tolerance but it takes a very long time once you have developed an autoimmune disease. But, again, you CAN heal. You just hehe to create the right environment and sustain it long term. A lifestyle change is needed. Although I appreciate Abby and I think her page is definitely great for the average person, it’s not exactly great for someone trying to heal from a chronic illness or an autoimmune disease. Best of luck to you.
Also, yes, being in ketosis constantly may not work for you. Play around with carb cycling and see how you feel. Your body is the best doctor.

I beleive its for her gut disorders/sibo that she's struggled with in the past, but not 100% sure :)

Thats fun to me to see that depending on the countries, the recommandations varies! In Belgium the recommended amount of fiber is 30g/day
@@alizeematon9633 Recommendation in the US is 25 gms fiber/day. You have to be intentional to get that much
I put salt and white pepper on my popcorn that little, but of spice to the popcorn is really good. It's also good with some national yeast on it to. Mmmmmmm

So we normally eat sprouted bread but when I make my own french bread it’s with organic unbleached white flour. Is organic unbleached white flour OK? I here so many bad things about using white flour.
If you normally eat whole grain bread, it's perfectly fine to eat refined grains in moderation, it's just less nutritious than whole grain flours but that doesn't make it bad!

genuine question: why have 'protein powder' and 'protein milk' and 'protein cereal' with fruit, when you had fruit already, and cheese which is high in protein? why not just have real food for your protein - (dinner/ lunch kind of real food like fish meat or eggs or soy) like the Japanese eat for breakfast if you need cheese and a piece of fruit soon after, it's not satiating - surely real protein foods with their micronutrients not powder is better... and why do you need a fibre supplement if you are eating such high fibre all day? stir fry and popcorn? packed with fibre... so why take supplements if you eat well? So many questions!!! And how do you not bloat and fart all day?

Ty for normal eating...But I eat only 2 healthy meals, don't feel hungry for 3 and yet I need to lose about 50lbs...(no soda or junk food in the house)

vegan here: I detest soy milk in coffee, I like it in cereal and cooking but for coffee try oat milk, it's much creamier and doesn't have a weird after taste

@lyssakate it's just an honest question, which I'm sure she won't mind me asking as we're all here to learn and eat well and enjoy life. She doesn't have to tell me or everyone, obviously. I don't think it's rude asking this question either, considering she's telling the world how to eat healthy. 🤔 so yeh, I would like to know what they are all for and if her diet choices are affecting her overall health.
@@kittster2785 she's not immune to questions/criticism about her diet or supplements, but supplements are very different from medication. I have never heard her talk about anything that another influencer didn't put out themselves, and I have never heard her criticize ANYONE'S medication. If you have, please tell me which video because I'd be very shocked to be honest.

Yeh, lots of food here and snacks. I'm on a weightloss plan and have to do all this fasting, I'm not allowed to eat in the mornings or after dinner, and I get a maximum of one snack per day and coffee with milk counts as a snack. I'm not allowed much in the way of carbs either and that includes fruit and bread. She had 4 snacks so I'm so surprised.
