I always knew she wasn't the psycho that the media and Justin Timberlake tried to make her out to be. She was legit straight up attacked from every angle by everyone, including her own immediate family.
The fact that she hasn't offed herself is, in itself, a testament to her amazingly incredible fortitude. The fact that she didn't stoop to their level is also a testament to her ridiculously strong morals and ethics.
Not only is she insanely talented but she's an amazing human being.

Why do some blame JT from 2002 until 2023; starting 2007; he was no longer involved with any that has happened to Britney. Brittney is honestly a legend. Back when her and Justin Timberlake were kids on Disney Channel, she had such a powerful voice when she sang on stage. Her label forced her to sing with a baby voice. I'm glad she gave us the hits that she did, but I wish they would've let her reach her full potential.

Getting back here to watch it again in 2023 and I just laughed a lot. Britney is one of the best ones the world have ever had. It's not the same with what you are talking about. The worst thing is that she's under conservatorship of her abusive father and thank goodness he recently lose the right to control her because of an alleged abuse to her children which is his grandkids.

Idk about role model but definitely a hard working person with perseverance.
She was a role model throughout her career: she knew she was gonna be moulded into a global superstar, but she demanded to have a say in how that would look like, right from her first music video. She showed girls that loving your body and owning your sexuality is absolutely okay, even if she was crucified by the media for that. She was fiercely protective of her children, even if the press tried to control that narrative. And she showed resilience, showing the world that only you, not anyone else, decide when your career ends, and she scored a string of #1s post-2007.

The main point I was making was that because we're in a time filled with social media, celebrities are seen and heard from many many times a day personally through videos and posts they put up. But for those who lived much of their life before social media was common place, fame was extremely different. Before we had the ability to hear every random thought any given star had at any time during the day, we relied on seeing them in concerts, watching TRL, magazine covers, news stations announcing they would be coming to your city; all of this made every appearance feel absolutely incredible, like it was your one chance to actually see this person! It was just totally different and wanted to clear that up ^.^ Thanks so much everyone!

I feel that too. She seems so sweet but not very enthusiastic in this whenever her songs come on. :/ I feel like they (her father, handlers, etc.) have dimmed her light and my heart aches for her. I've become more of a fan as an adult than when I was a kid because of what she's had to put up with but was still pulling through to make hits after hits AND tour across the world. She's a strong woman, that's for sure.

Britney used to be the biggest star on the planet, bigger than the planet itself honestly. It was insane. She didn’t behave the way she was now. She was so so so good on stage. Stage presence and music and music videos were insane. She used to be bigger than Beyoncé levels of fame. It was massive and maniacal. The paparazzi wouldn’t stop chasing her. Everyday we would just get live updates on the old school internet or print magazines of her life. There was this feeling that we couldn’t believe how she could handle the rampage 24/7 every single day. I used to think if I was her I would’ve committed suicide for it to all end and I rmb thinking she’s so strong for holding on and battling the tabloid media. Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton and Madonna and all these female celebrities were just always being pictured thru the lens of the paps. After awhile her performances got worse, music became more .. erratic? And for a good 7-10 years I rmb not being to accept that Britney wouldn’t perform the same way she did previously and even though i knew she had an injury it just didn’t add up why she was acting so strange. I couldn’t add it up. Like you know that odd feeling of knowing something is wrong with her but not knowing what. I concluded she was taking drugs or some thing to fuck around with her psyche. Now the truth’s out that she was medicated heavily and being under the complete control of the toxic people around her. Irreversible mental damage on her. I love her so much, 1999 until now. She sacrificed her entire psyche and personal life to give us entertainment and art. Forever praying for her. ❤Brit Brit
I looked up to her for some time also but I contend society should have been questioning how she was cared for to be that young and going everywhere. Unpopular opinion: if she is happiest not performing and being a Mom or something other than world touring we should let her be! Visited her concert in Moscow maybe 10 years ago because of accident - it was absolutely no advertising!!! I even didn’t know she came to Moscow!!! And she entered in almost empty hall - her face was so sad I thought she will cry, but this poor girl exhaled and…..perfectly worked all show just for 100 of us!!!! I wish big happiness for this little Princess!!!!

Britney has very difficult songs. It's not easy for a man to sing them, but James coped. It can be seen that James takes the initiative in the performance of the tracks and Britney is on his backing vocals. The video was released 6 years ago. the world didn't know yet what was going on in Brit's family, what tragedies she was going through, but she was doing well and didn't show it. James is the best presenter and interviewer. He does not ask uncomfortable questions, does not put in an awkward position and the guest is as comfortable as possible with him. Respect
