- The EFF says its biggest challenge will be to govern as the party has not been in government to gain experience. Party leader, Julius Malema, made these remarks at the media launch of their 10-year anniversary. The party will celebrate a decade of its existence in July.

The EFF will experience the same problem faced by the ANC when it comes to cadre deployment, go to their branches or whatever they call them , you will find a high illiteracy rate amongst their members and leaders , it is not a problem on the ANC it is a problem of the social set up in SA, people who are not educated or not having matric at all are the ones stuck in the townships, so because of social conditions join politics and further become leaders , so what is needed ?All political parties in South Africa need to have a "wealth fund" to educate it's leaders at branch level, so it would go like this, when you are elected a leader you receive a bursary to study at these technical colleges or unisa , and if you refuse to study you forfeit your leadership position.
More important, look at it from another point of view. We live in the digital age, we live in a world that has surpassed everything that wasn't possible barely 150 years ago.. So quite simple the new leaders must adapt or disappear.. The old ones should just step out and let the new way of life go on.

It sounds like you listen to what people say about the EFF, I am not an EFF member but they have managed to secure my vote this election and one of the things there is unease with local leaders about is the requirement that they be educated even once they have secured the post, with many arguing that they have not the time etc.
