Every nation is not the same. Sporting culture, environment and opportunity matters a lot. India's time is coming. It now has a world and olympic champion in athletics. Sri Lankan cricket team used to lose most of the time till mid 90s. But under Ranatunga the team improved and started winning. Jamaica is also a small country, but challenges a big country like U.S. in athletics.
