Good to have an update on the topic. Frustrated though to find out morphology seems no longer useful. This talk barely touch on useful morphological features for diagnostic purpose. For case 8, speaker almost skip H&E and jumped to IHC and molecular. Speaker moved the field too fast so much so that the images failed to load completely sometimes and watch don't have the time to see the morphology. Most if not all need NGS or equivalent for diagnosis.
