    I walked into a similar fault on a blow moulding machine. It took a while to repair it. I would be interested to hear what Schneider replied to you as the root cause

      Will se what they say, I often get generic answers from them if they got no clue what is gone wrong. Do this, do that, check this check that, but often nothing concrete. Will see what they come up with.

    Very cool series, I like it a lot and can't wait to see more! Always good to learn from the experiences of others and this is very helpful!!
    I am very curious too as to why these commands ultimately became switched. This is all originally worked as it should, correct? And then at some point became reversed? Is this machine always operated in manual, or is it frequently used in auto as well?

      I don't know full history of what has happened and when. I know that the manufacture originally had camera installed to do auto positioning, but could not get it to work properly ( as od as that sound) and left it for manual control. Some say it was like that from day one, some say just one day started doing that. Ether way, wary bizzar.

    I think the green cable connected to the servo regarding encoder
    This may be the fault
