Hi guys, welcome to my channel. Today I am sharing the video of how to make a cake topper. I have made a congratulations stick. Using the same way we can make a Happy Birthday cake topper or Cake topper with names, initials, happy new year, happy anniversary etc.
Making thus is very simple. We only need color paper, ruler, glitter foam sheet, scissor, bamboo stick, paper ribbon and a permanent marker to make this.
