EGO 52” Z6 Zero Turn Mower Navigating Trees

Mowing after a long dry spell and then a couple days of rain to green things up. I mow 2 acres and use blade speed 3 out if 4 and driving speed 1 out if 4 and I usually have 20-30% battery left of the six 12 amp hour batteries that came with the 52” EGO Zero Turn.

Interesting. I just got one. Only practiced on driveway for 1/2 hr, just trying to get used to it. It would be more helpful if you had someone making a video of you driving, to show how you're maneuvering with the levers.

Directions say to push left lever forward to turn right, and vice versa. I've found it more intuitive when going forward to pull back a bit on the right lever, then I didn't start going faster in the turn.

You’ll get used to it fairly quick over time. Keep your wheel speed setting on low, or the first bar on the left side of the graph, and the drive setting in “control” on the bottom middle of the screen.

Thanks for taking time to reply. I used it yesterday for 1st time. After an hour and a half (taking it slow) I was slightly more comfortable:) I left some steeper areas for my old John Deere, until I get confident. A totally new way to drive a lawn mower!@@danno180
