Got a friend that would not touch pho and for a whole year I would entice him to give it a try. One day he decided to give it a go and since then he has been obsessed with pho. That was about 3 years ago. Now on to my next mission, to have him try sushi.... This will be a struggle.

Your suppose to put the noodle on to the spoon then dip it into the soup to get the sweet aroma of the soup into the spoon too and then eat it.
once i did that and my arm hurted because the noodle was stuck so i just eat the pho by it self

They actually have a subtle flavor if you eat them raw or cooked. They are supposed to be very healthy for you.
