We were just discussing over the holidays, while back in Philly, how healthy & pleasantly full you feel after eating a nice full bowl, with chicken, spouts, & the most delicious mixture of several spices & sauces...then went & got a bowl together for lunch the next day. It's definitely a food for family, friends, & good health.

I am an American, my ancestors came from England and Ireland, and pho is my single most favorite food of all time. When I moved I couldn’t find pho so I had to learn to make it for myself. This process was highly enriching and now after 10 pots of soup my broth is as good or better than most restaurants. The reason pho is so good is that the long, slow cook time allows the collagen to dissolve into the soup and out of the bones, making it rich, fragrant, and flavorful.
I consider myself non-religious, but pho is proof that God exists and he loves us.

Roman's 11:25 For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles (Modern day Europeans/Caucasians/ Non 12 tribes) be come in.
Part of the blindness is that we would not know who the true Father of Jacob(Israel) was and that we would worship false gods of [wood and stone] referring to worship of the cross(wood) and the “idol” of christianity the “jesus” that hangs on the cross tends to be made of (stone).
Deuteronomy 28:36 TMH shall bring thee, and thy king which thou shalt set over thee, unto a nation which neither thou nor thy fathers have known; and there shalt thou serve other gods, wood and stone.
      Deuteronomy 28:64
And TMH shall scatter thee among all people, from the one end of the earth even unto the other; and there thou shalt serve other gods, which neither thou nor thy fathers have known, even wood and stone.
Just as important as "what's his name," is "what is not his name."
However, it is 100% certain that his name was not Esus Crios aka “Jesus Christ”, the idol of the Celtics who the Catholics sing at Easter in the Vatican, aka what all surface level “Holy Bible” readers (Commonly identifies as “Christians”) refer to the Messiah as.

We have been tricked, deceived as a result of the curses of the law (Deut 28-64)...wake up and stop following the lies of the Gentiles. Israel is awakening.
I am no historian but I love researching and proving all truth. It was the blasphemous and devilish "Holy" Roman Catholic Church that banned us from reading certain books. Do not trust the Adversary's agents of deceit and destruction. The Catholic Church is not a good moral compass.
They literally crusaded all over the world, had TMH’s people murdered, burned women alive, and made laws against poor people (peasants) from having translated Bibles and books of education in the past.
Who are they to condemn a book for any of us to read? They are certainly in no position to order us and they are most certainly NOT our Creator nor the Savior.
Do not trust those vipers. It has been told of us to be as harmless as doves AND as wise as serpents. For one to be wise, You must research and READ, and educate yourself, AND prove ALL TRUTH. The only one to lead you is The Most High. Pray for insight but don't trust when LIARS tell you NOT to read something but approve of what you “Should”!
It is good that we pray for you, and I do hope you pray for me as well. However, the decision is ours as to whether or not we fully submit to his will.
The Most High wants us to submit to his will through our own decisions. That is why the Messiah says if any man comes to me, let him deny HIMSELF. That is why the word also says to be transformed by the renewing of OUR minds. That’s why it says every man will have to give an account for what he hath done.
It is personal accountability and the sooner we accept this, the closer we will become to actually making the decisions that will make us submit fully to his will

I'm not surprised these men asked for a second or third bowl. You either get a very large bowl or more than one bowl, it's just too good. Notice how they were silent while tasting their soup, it was like a divine experience. It's like an umami flavor explosion in your mouth.

We live in a small city way up North in NY State (close to the Canadian border) and we haven't been able to find Pho in any of our local restaurants.
My husband and I have wanted to try Pho for a very long time. I can only assume that the version that these wonderful men were given to try, must be absolutely delicious because there's not been a single criticism from any of them.
I know that the four gentlemen are always very gracious and that they do all they can to be respectful about the food they're given to try, but I don't think I've ever seen a dish on this channel where at least one of them shared a bit of polite, constructive criticism. This speaks volumes about how truly amazing this Pho is, in my most humble opinion.

The Pho in this video is from the South, because people who leave the country in the past bring it to all over the world. There are also Northen Pho, which is more balance and dont have many herbs, the broth is actually clear compare to the South. Also Chicken Pho, Stir-fry Pho, spring roll Pho (Pho cuon) and sour Pho from the Northen border with China which use Chasiu pork instead.

It's great on a cold day. Basil leaves, lime, no cilantro (tastes like soap to me...that's genetic), bean sprouts, some chilis, some nước mấm (fish sauce), and some hoisin and sriracha on the side to dip the meat. After that,
cà phê sữa đá (iced Vietnamese coffee). Yeah, sounds odd, but it really makes it all work...for me...that is. Enjoy!!!

Right! and don't kill broth with sriracha/hoisin, save it for dipping on side.

I detest reaction videos. That’s how much I love these folks- so much that I’ve never thought about it being a video about their reactions lol!
I just see wonderful honest folks keeping open hearts and minds, and stomachs, to other cultures. And for that reason I’ve always admired the guys and get so much joy out of watching their genuine enjoyment of things I love too. It bridges a figurative gap between us, shows us how much we’re alike.
And each gentleman, I’m terrible at remembering names due to illness/shortterm memory loss issues, is so different from another, sharing their wonderful personalities, stories, and families with us- it really is a special relationship, this thing going on here.
♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ Love and blessings to you all and to your loved ones, including the ones behind the camera!!
