Andrea Bocelli & Sarah Brightman - Time To Say Goodbye (Guitar Instrumental Version)

- Here is my instrumental cover version of "Time To Say Goodbye" which was originally recorded by the Italian tenor Andrea Bocelli in 1995 under the Italian title "Con te partirò" which translates as "With You I Shall Depart". The single was first released as an A-side single with "Vivere" in 1995, topping the charts, first in France, where it became one of the best-selling singles of all-time, and then in Belgium, breaking the all-time record sales there. It was written by Francesco Sartori (music) and Lucio Quarantotto (lyrics)
A second version of the song, sung partly in English, released in 1996 as "Time to Say Goodbye", paired Bocelli with the British soprano Sarah Brightman, and achieved even greater success, topping charts all across Europe, including Germany, where it became the biggest-selling single in history. Brightman and Bocelli also produced a version with Brightman singing in German and Bocelli in Italian, with this version being available on the album "Time to Say Goodbye". That version alone has now sold more than 12 million copies worldwide, making it one of the best-selling singles of all time.
I played this uisng my Fender Stratocaster (Bridge Pickup" with the Zoom G2.1Nu with Echoes From The Past (EFTP Patch A9). Recording was done via USB to my home PC with Cubase.

Since I lost my beloved Grandad from Coronavirus from 25th January aged 82 by 5:05am, before his untimely death i heard this tune from November 2021 and as I heard it i knew that my grandad is sadly dying from Coronavirus because the disease was making him worse by giving a high temperature the staff in his carehome couldn't get it down, his was so ill with COVID-19 and this is when I heard this song in the supermarket and i knew it was god was giving me a messege to say 'It's time to say your farewells to your loved grandad 💔' since he died its been very painful and hard because having someone who i loved by age by 23 years of my life it has truly truly is a 'Self Inflicting Wound' when you lose someone you loved for a very long time.
After my late Grandad’s funeral I been greaving nonstop since his send off and the worse part of it was his birthday on 19th October 2022 and he would been 83 if he survived COVID, and putting flowers 💐 on his grave on his birthday was hurting me badly because I didnt wanted to let go of my grandad 😔.
Good news I'm getting to get it easier and accept that he's gone as he's been dead 1 year and 8 months now but what makes me going is I know he's at rest and he's always in my heart ((♥)) forever and ever throughout my life.
Until I will meet again in the gates of heaven one day.
