Whats really most awe full is the mirror ball I remember pictures with small ones but on dynasty it was like 6' diameter.
Im so lucky to have seen Dynasty the encore of the era when all the magic had come to full manifestation.
I was at this show, and listening on youtube sounds bad, but trust me, when you're there, the energy, the showmanship, the audience, the atmosphere, made it fantastic.
It could be their last ever tour next year. I would urge anyone who has never seen Kiss live, to go and check it out. The best band I've ever seen live, they give it everything.

For all you critics remember Paul is 66 and Gene will be 69 in six weeks. How do you suppose you will all look and sound at that age, after decades of heavy touring -- singing until they're hoarse night after night -- and hard work, and believe me they do work very hard, enduring multiple injuries and surgeries. Paul alone has had both shoulders operated, both hips replaced, both knees operated and troops it out despite having microtia (born with no ear or hearing on his right ear.)

First off their are many artists that age who can still sing cause they took care of themselves and weren’t cocky a holes. Number 2 it’s not that they are lip syncing it’s the fact that they are being complete hypocrites they are killing my respect for them. And I still love the music

Yeah I am, because even though they may be out of their prime, those are still the guys that inspired me to pick up a guitar! I'm one of the best guitarists in New England because of these guys. I wouldn't have done it had I not been inspired by them years ago, and I will continue to support my idols in my favorite band because that's what true fans do.

I am a huge KISS fan and even I have to say it pains me to hear Paul now because he had such a great voice. 2006 Live to Win was the last time his voice was still hitting pretty strong. It has been downhill sense. But to be honest I will prolly go see them for the End of the Road tour simply cause I will never get to see them again! Wish they would do the show with all the living members of KISS and kinda do a era's thing with all the members as a last big bang.

Paul actually sounds better on "Detroit Rock City" than say "Love Gun". I think certain songs can stay in the set and certain ones need to be cut out. Nothing wrong with that, bands do that all the time, Gene can do a few more songs than he usually does, Tommy & Eric do a great job on some of the peter & ace songs and Paul can do the ones he does a better job of and cut the ones he can't, simple solution. I'm still going next year because i love Kiss and i know the next tour (next year) will most likely be their last hurrah . Once these guys are gone they won't be back. See them while you can! On the other hand i love the footage I've seen of the Gene Simmons band and hope to catch a show sometime in the future.

We go down to see KISS as we're leaving them show there are 4 guys ahead of us walking down the boardwalk and they're playing the show which was unheard of back in 75 for the most part. 20 YEARS go by and I'm hanging out with a guy i had known at that point fo

I've been a KISS fan for decades and saw them 20 times. My thoughts are and heave been they need to retire and call it a day. Please guys you have enough money already. What I think they should do is hire some very talented musicians to take there place and put on a show that takes people through the years and all the costume,music,and personal changes. I would rather pay to see a show like that.it would show all the generations of people the history of the band through the years.

Kiss can absolutely pull off a 3 year tour. Simple. Have Paul sing much less and Gene sing more. Put Dr Love and Christine Sixteen back in shows. Take Say Yeah and Psycho circus out.
This is exactly what they will do. Now would be ideal time to add Ace back. He could take 3-4 songs too. But they will be loyal to Thayer. But Ace frankly would solve all the problems. Paul at this stage should only be singing 4-5 songs total. And only songs he can still handle.
Keep Paul at DRC, Lick it up, Shout it out loud, creatures of the night and that’s about it.
Get Love gun out of the set too.
They could also choose to go the Motley Crue route of backup singers. Nobody would care at this point.
I'm 49 yrs old and have seen kiss on every tour 1977 until the farewell tour..once they put thayer in aces outfit I walked away as a fan and never looked back..I haven't listened to sonic turd or menstrual! I have the real kiss music to enjoy..I distinctly remember paul stating kiss would retire when on top instead of staying to long..well guess what paul your party has been over for a while..you can not even sell out Madison garden anymore keep playing south America..you slander ace about performance well listen to you

Now Paul has gotten to the point that he cant perform (His fault anyways, he needed to take a break in the late 90s/Early 2000s due to throat surgery, but decided to tour while KISS was "hot" instead). They're old, thats for sure, and they've left their mark on history. Its time to snag Ace, Peter, Bruce, and hell Bob too. Go out with some dignity, and have a tour that goes through the history of their music. Get the hits, some oddball tunes, and go out on top.

This is really sad. The best band in rock. Is now a sad image of themselves. Paul's voice sounds like he drank acid. They don't move around stage anymore. They should call it quits...Saw the farewell tour, I'll keep that memory, this is just to painful to watch, Ace and Peter were smart to stay out of it!

Yeah I have a problem with hearing time. The thing is, I never was a huge Kiss fan. In the 70's I listened to Led Zeppelin. I think I had 2 Kiss albums. One an 8 track someone left in the car back in 75 and another I picked up in a 2nd hand store in th 90's. So I never thought they had great voices ever. sO Now to say they're different or worse means nothing. I do think Kiss is more of an entertainment act than musical. I am a fan of Gene. Mainly his character and his none music entertainment. Seen and met him by chance recently. Nice guy. I like his moral fortitude.
