In this video I show you how easy it is to replace the armature and re-grease the bearing bringing this Makita 9227CB variable speed Sander/Polisher back to life.
The Makita 9227CB and now the new model 9237CB are the Surf Industry standard here in Australia. Makita is a reputable brand here in Australia with the majority of tradespeople trusting them to supply the best tools for their trade. Spare parts are available for all of their tools via the internet, in this case I required a new armature which I found for $113 delivered from Melbourne.
