  • Fried chanterelles in sour cream in a pan
    Ingredients:
    Fresh chanterelles - 400 g
    Onion 1 pc.
    Sour cream 200 g
    Salt to taste
    Parsley 1 bunch
    Sunflower oil for frying
    Cooking method:
    1. Leave the mushrooms in cold water overnight. In the morning, clean from dirt and cut off the lower parts of the legs.
    2. Finely chop the onion and fry in oil until transparent.
    3. Mushrooms cut into small pieces and add to the onion. Fry until moisture evaporates (about 20 minutes over medium heat).
    4. Add salt, pepper and mix
    5. Add sour cream and garlic grated on a fine grater (optional). We mix. Cook on fire for another 5-7 minutes.
    6. Add chopped greens and remove from heat.
