i really liked that the last TWID explained matchmaking and gave us statistics on how often different scenarios occur. and of course the upcoming trials and comp chnages. love the new passage of ferocity and that comp is getting some artifce armor. makes it worth playing and maybe inflates the player pool to a point where i dont match the same 3 guys(that arent stacked) for 5 times in a row, just because im playing an hour of peak times.
lets hope thats enough for a chance at the golden ticket. i want the ship Datto got :)

Frabo23 I think that the best part of the last two TWIDs has to be the detail. I've played since D1 and remember a time when the devs went no contact with the community due to toxicity. Seeing actual details and explinationa to their thought process is genuinely heartening. Also, the idea of a gunplay only mode seems really interesting.
Just came back to this game yesterday after a 7 year hiatus. I know the feels. Used to be on the tourney team Absolute. Now I'm having to start over and make myself known again, lol. It should be a fun ride.

Frabo23 - Hey hombre, appreciate you staying on the endgame PvP grind. Learning a lot from watching your trials & comp videos. There were a lot of things I liked about the last two TWIDs, but the SMG nerf and artifice armour in trials are two easy picks. Also _really_ looking forward to a lot of Jotunns and Witherhoards disappearing in 6s when people can't crutch them off spawn anymore.

Frabo23 I like the special ammo meter being added to into a wider range of crucible activities because it will most likely shake the meta a little bit and will force you to get kills with other weapons than just snipers or shotguns. (Crimson doing less flinch is also nice!)
Frabo23 I like that eventually the killscreen will show that you were teamed instead of somehow double damaged or glitched. But genuinely I am enjoying seeing the first Titan buff in ages with consecration getting a buff to be less problematic.
Titan needs buffs to prevent it from being just void as a crutch. Solar Titan can be super fun, especially with Skyburner's right now...

Solar Titan with precious scars is genuinely good rn just not giga annoying like Void.
Come next patch the ability regen and the healing on top of the reduced bodyshot dmg and you are going to be immortal as long as you kill and res i already run through auto rifles and smgs while healing and retreating often.

Frabo23: I've always been a PvE main and just got close to PvP watching You and creators like GrenaderJake and Zk. Honestly, I've always tried to love PvP but, although I always kinda liked It, I often felt something was off.
I think this update in general is finally gonna make me fall in love with Destiny 2 PvP. My favourites bits are, obviously, artefice armor in comp, but honestly I'm really looking forward to the new Hardware mode. I'm curious to see how a game that is so ability- centered like Destiny 2 plays in an environment with no abilities whatsoever. Always down for a big shake-up.
Additionally, I am one of the players who's trying to improve their skills and I think this update will help a ton with that.

Frabo23 I agree with frost. The artifice armor is my favorite part. I’ve grinded out some good pve rolls from dungeons but not PVP. And I don’t play titan that often so I don’t even have an artifice class item. Great plays as always bro. I dig your content!
Frabo23. My favorite part of the past two TWIDs is probably the artifice armor in comp. I have an artifice cloak on my hunter that makes my stats so much juicer but haven’t had the desire to go into a master dungeon to get one for my Titan and Warlock. Now I don’t have to and I can get even more pieces for more juiced stats

Frabo23 Yeah, easily I would say the artifice armor coming to competitive is my favorite, and along with the special ammo economy changes coming most of the crucible.
Frabo23 My favourite part about the last two TWIDS was Passage of Persistence. I'm a player who's still getting the grips when it comes to playing 3v3 PVP in Destiny and with the SMG Titan Meta, it's been hard to improve as a solo queue player. Knowing that with Passage of Persistence, I can get an Adept while compete in the Salty Spitoon a.k.a Trials of Osiris makes me want to play more Trials so can get better but also get loot that I'm chasing in the first place! Also, I think this is something that happened only because the community pushed for it and I think it's a W for us all. Who knows, maybe go flawless someday with all the practice haha!
Retrofit works well on void hunter during warlords ruin final boss on the top floor you can keep volatile popping on the eyes to extend damage faze

My favourite part of the last couple of TWIDs is the addition of the Passage of Persistence. Where I'm at in the journey, I'm not the calibre of player to reliably get Flawless weekly, so a "grind card" to at least get an Adept and have my time somewhat respected for playing on the weeks where I can't go all the way is huge.
Frabo23 - i think my favorite changes from the twid are also the opportunity to get artifice armor from comp and also the new passage of persistence card because i do not make it to the lighthouse lmao
Frabo23 the card changes was my favorite thing. I'm not good at PVP and rarely play on the weekends so I already have such a slim chance of going flawless as it is. Being able to keep my 3 win streak after a loss will be huge for the chance to at least get an adept weapon. I would love to go to the lighthouse just once so I can get a momento for that reminder that I've done it and I'll be happy. Until then I'll keep trying but odds are not in my favor 😅
My favorite part of this recent twab has to be the upcoming surge of pvp players bringing much needed life to the game modes, can't wait to play pvp and it feels lively again

Frabo23- What I liked about the last two PVP TWIDs was that were getting special ammo crates coming back and seeing the matchmaking changes that had brought back my interesting to pvp. In addition, comp having artifce armor which will allow more guardians to customize more towards their unique style for their guardians. Also, for the trials I haven't been played it as much since I wasn't the best at it but seen the strike team are going to add Passage of Persistence which allows players that can't go flawless a chance to earn a adept weapons inspire to play trials again to earn weapons even I can't flawless for the first time.
Frabo23 I'm stoked for the new Persistence and the updated Ferocity cards, I'm trying to get better at PvP and I'm hoping that bringing more players to Trials will help with that.

Frabo23 I think the new game mode Hardware could be an interesting one. The idea of having no abilities up sounds great, my concern is that it will just be Icarus dashing warlocks or Players using blink if that’s allowed.
I feel like no abilities just means no dodge or barricades or rifts or grenades. I think they’d still keep the jumps in

I found the trials card changes to be interesting and hope to see how it does for the casuals. I also really liked how they explained matchmaking and how all that will work in the future. Would be an Honor to go to the lighthouse with mr Frostbolt
Frabo23 - Was nice to see them shake pvp up so much with the weapon changes. its surreal to think that pvp meta wont be the same but it feels nice there wont be the same spam and there will be so much experimenting. it will be fun having fun wtih some weapons i havent used in a long time. truly is exciting.
Frabo23 Honestly the best part of these last TwiDs are that they actually are addressing some of the major pain points that the community has. I'm not sure how effective some of the changes will be (specifically the target lock nerf) but overall it's the correct direction. Once they abolish AE everything will get much better imo

Frabo23 - My favorite part about the last two TWIDs or TWABs or whatever they wanna call it these days are the fact that bungie is trying to experiment with PVP again. I know people may not like Checkmate. However, someone tell me the last time they loaded up PVP to have fun outside of Trials for gear or playing with friends to help them with something. I like playing Halo and older BF games and i play those because they are just fun to play. So I'm glad to see them at least trying something different and making an effort because if things don't change and they try to innovate then the game will be a shell of what it once was. Also you should pick this one so you can have the experience of running Trials with Cayde's Creamy USB-C lmao. i know you would be honored and so would i.

Frabo23, There are a lot of things to choose from in that juicy twab. I think I am most excited for the incentive changes coming like artifice. Rewards are one of the best way to get players engaged again.
Frabo23: I think the Artific armor is going to be huge for many. I think a great change coming to PvP. But hopefully you can gain enough as a PvP main.
Frabo23 my favorite change is the one that will allow anyone to get adept loot or go flawless while simultaneously not ruining the experience for people that go Flawless on a regular basis. I think bungie did a really good job with the changes and I can't wait to play them.

Frabo23 I think my favorite part is the idea of having a strictly gun-focused playlist with zero abilities. Abilities have become such insane crutches for players, be it the threadling spam from dodges or grenades, or the void overshields from triple Titan barricades, or when Hunter invis spam with Omni... So much ability spamming. It sounds like reverse Mayhem and I think it will be a breath of fresh air.

The twids o my o my what i am looking for most are obviously changes to the weapons the crits will be more valuable than some cheesy loadout, ability spam nerf yey finally but there are still some thing that needs to be looked at like os baricades thredlings but maybe theese changes will help but the comp changes out of nowhere i love because i have been enjoying comp more than trials lately cause trials seems to be more casual/party mode and the mm likes me to go against sweaty players with players that go for reputation i supouse (its not the 3v3 experiance that i loved and was hard to get to the chest) now maybe change of mode would make it better i would enjoy showdown more in trials than the flags now 😀 for some it may be a hot take but in comp you are at least within your skill bracket so you wont loose so harshly (only against true stacked meta ofc) ok that should be all its too long thanks if you looked on my comment and maybe even liked my opinion much love man.
Play what you want Frost! I understand it’s your job and you’ll be losing money at first but if your enjoying it the real ones will watch because we like you not necessarily the game and you’ll also get the new viewers too. Just like when you started out on destiny. 💙

Frabo23 I’d say the best thing from the last two weeks in TWID would be the persistence card. I think giving people a card that they can work on that doesn’t go bad is an amazing way to give newer and less skilled players a way to earn cool loot and also gets more players in the game mod that was population can go up and hopefully it will allow the game to seem more alive and fun for everyone.

FRABO23: I really gotta say the biggest takeaway from the last two TWIDs is: 1. The strike team is willing to take some risks to freshen up PvP and 2. The way rewards are being tuned in both comp and trials gives me some renewed incentive to actually dig into PvP again.
My favorite part of the twid was the information that checkmate was gonna be the new gen of pvp with less special and ability farm and lets not talk about the threaded specter and threadling nerf

Frabo23 Im really exited for the new trials changes coming to destiny. More specifically the passage of persistence. As a player who struggles going flawless having access to a way to get adept weapons without having to go flawless is something i have hoped for years. I always was upset when a weapon i wanted adept but couldn’t as i didn’t go flawless I now have the opportunity. This is a great change to make people play PvP as getting adept weapons is rewarding. Im also excited about the PvP sandbox changes to health and abilities we haven’t seen something less this in years. More focus on gunplay than ability spam is great.
Frabo23 I liked the idea of the new trials card getting added as it would encourage people to play trials who wouldn't do so otherwise, which will probably attract more people to the matchmaking making you match less cheaters as they are quite rampant recently.

Frabo23 I'm most looking forward to the new Passage of Persistence. I'm not a good PVPer - despite 2700+ hours in D2, I've never been flawless and have pretty much given up trying the last couple of seasons. But I sure can be persistent! So if I can get adepts from just grinding until I get there, even if technically not flawless or seeing the lighthouse, then that's a great change. And who knows, maybe I'll actually start learning some maps and improving through that process of repeatedly running into the wall

I know you can farm 7 wins and such but it gives trials a much needed lift to the matchmaking pool. I’m hyped for march and fantastic last match for Datto and you
