FOL talking about bugs and crashes. it feels like you either have lots of issues or you dont. I'm 16 hours in crashed once, Ive had zero bugs that i was aware of. Overall it runs and plays better than fo4. Its just a flat out better game that fo4. Adds rpg in fo again. As for the world feeling empty? i feel thats an odd thing to say, maybe from people who put in afew hours? there are tones of things everywhere. The game just doesn't force you down a path to lead you to new things like FO4 does. Example fo4 leads you into events and weapons and factions all within the first 5min. FOL you can just go off and not even find a gun for hours. or go another direction and find a bunch.

This might be a controversial take but maybe western game devs shouldn't be telling stories about the history and folklore of marginalized ethnicities and have your lead creative director be a french canadian white guy. Put people that actually have perspective and represent the culture you're depicting in charge of these games

With 30 million copies of the game out there, even if they sold a an $8 USD DLC to a quarter of those people, that'd be $45 MILLION after Steam/retail cut. There is no way a billion dollar company would dismiss that opportunity, which makes it even more worthy of noting that a very small indie dev refuses to capitalize on it.
Creation Engine in 2024 still? No matter how good it is, just because of that engine, no thank you. That engine was cool decades ago, but not anymore for a long time.

I don't think there is any other industry in the world that guilts, browbeats, and weaponizes their fans and consumers like voice/actors. It's not the consumers responsibility to "hold the line".
