@@stacioleary4777 yes I did. I got ahold of the vendor and they sent me the file. Weird they don't just send it with the printer. Make sure to ask for the program to reset the heads too. I'm struggling to find that right now. Over one hump, and then there's another right after. If they don't send it to you, I can send you the one they sent me
