I´ve a big problem with my new ACHI L1800 Printer. The printer is brand new. I have the problem that the printer has problems cleaning the print head. I purchased an ACHI printer from a seller. It is brand new just taken out of the box it has the roller feeder on top. The instructions usb that she sent does open on my computer. I have made several attempts to contact her with this issue, but no response. Do you have information or instructions on how to set up this printer. Thanks I’m advanced.
where do you find the dial gauge in the software at?
Did you ever find this? I am setting up my printer and stuck at this step because I cannot find it either
@@stacioleary4777 yes I did. I got ahold of the vendor and they sent me the file. Weird they don't just send it with the printer. Make sure to ask for the program to reset the heads too. I'm struggling to find that right now. Over one hump, and then there's another right after. If they don't send it to you, I can send you the one they sent me
