    혹시 관통이 가능하다는 사실체크느낌의 영상말고 실제 용접에 적용하는(퍼징,와이어피딩 포함하는) 영상 한번 보여주실수 있을까요? 2t~4t수준인데 rt테스트를 통과하는 퀄리티로요. 이건 영상으로 보여주는 업체나 유투버님이 없으시더라고요ㅎㅎ

    Nice content and videos. Can you do a content to show penetration of T-join on two steel round tube (tube with notching) using laser weaving?
    Also to show if there is any difference in strength between laser vs TIG/MIG on the T-Join.

      Аргон. Как с проволокой, так и без. Цветные металлы можно варить. Китайские сварочники варят алюминий без проблем, в презентации. LightWeld показывают медь, в том числе медь к нерж стали.

    Мы проварили за 1 проход 5 мм ) , только смысла в этом нет! Во первых скорость сварки низкая, во вторых пластинки быстро нагреваются, а листы, площадью в 3 метра медленно, скорость сварки падает ещё сильнее, третье, мощности лазерного сварщика не достаточно, четвертое, так лазерный сварщик долго не протянет. Перегрев сопла на большом расстоянии шва, передает высокую температуру на пистолет, система безопасности занижает мощность, что бы не перегреть пистолет.
    Для производства такой вариант сварки не подойдёт! Одно дело пластины, другое изделия!
    Швы с полным проваром черные и не красивые.
    Но есть другой путь, который раскрывать не стану для общества )
    Одно дело пластины, другое, настоящие изделия )
    Насмотрятся и принимают за чистую монету материал, не зная о перечисленных выше проблемах. Я ещё не всё проблемы озвучил )

    How is a laser welder on thicker materials? Like 1/4 " beveled with knife edge or open groove.

    영상 잘보고 있습니다. 알루미늄 맞대기 1.2 t 용접을 자주하는데 뒷면에 백플레이트 없이 가능한지요~백비드가 있어야 합니다~~

      가능은 하지만 깨끗한 백비드가 필요하면 가스퍼징이나 백판을 사용하는 것이 좋습니다

    Thank you for the video. As always, very helpful.
    Welding of the plate in the lower position on the backing plate, of little use.
    There is an interest in welding stainless pipe DN 50>, 2-3-4 mm, in shielding gas. At least in the turning position. If all is well, then try at 45 degrees in a fixed position.
    P.S. Arbital welding works well with 2mm, but is more difficult with 4mm. Perhaps laser welding will do better. But the final result is needed, with a good formation of the back seam! So that the seam passes all the checks. Visual, x-ray, bending. What would be possible to do WPS for welding and apply this type of welding in production. Laser welding equipment is quite expensive and it is not advisable to use it for welding cheap metal structures. Useful for pipe welding (more expensive work).
    If the tests are good, I am ready to make a test purchase and promote this manufacturer in Europe.

      전에 금속공학박사님(용접기회사 간부시더라는)께 여쭤본결과 티타늄과 인코넬은 입열량이 적은 레이저용접이 훨씬 유리하다더군요ㅎㅎ 반대로 듀플렉스는 입열이 필요해서 좀 힘들다고하네요

      Welding is possible without a welding helmet. However, it is recommended to use a protective helmet or goggles to protect your eyes.

      @@weldHAGOJIBI I use a welding helmet set at about shade 6 with fibre rated laser glasses underneath (OD6 or higher at 1070nm). You only get one set of eyes, and the regs say you need fibre laser glasses at OD6 or higher, basically.

    Still no details on the correct Personal Protective Equipment?
    Full gloves like a gauntlet.
    Full welding jacket long sleeves.
    Important Normal welding shields not appropriate as they don’t protect from Infrared radiation.
    Special Laser quality glasses that match the strength of the laser the machine produces.
    To protect your face you need to wear a protective shield made of steel with a protective lens designed to protect your eyes and face from stray laser light being reflected towards your face and eyes.
    Most laser welding is done inside a room with no windows.
    This is the international standard for laser welding.
    Many countries require that you have a licence showing that you have been trained.

      IPG adds aluminium shielding and laser rated window to a welding helmet helmet. aluminium is lighter and harder for fibre laser to penetrate (high reflectivity and themal conductivity). I think that's overkill for normal usage, and haven't had a problem in a year of use, but I agree on the eye protection and personally use a helmet and glasses. I cringe when the Chinese videos show workers with no eyewear, and spraying invisible fibre laser light over bystanders and camera men.
