It's going to be difficult to recreate every single AUX tone because I don't know what each one sounds like. I tried to find each of the tones in Federal Signal's resource library, but the names for some don't completely match up.

Why does the wind-up sound so strange?
Does it? It might be because it starts at a lower frequency of around 147 Hz.
Sounds fine to me, probably because it's an older SiraTone.

Sounds just like the federal signal modulator
it does, its because the modulator are supposed to sound same

The Modulator replaced the EOWS series, so it would be logical that they sound similar.
